To work that is . . . Welcome Chris Carleton, our new Sales Relationship Specialist. Chris has hit the ground running this month observing our SLPs delivering direct therapy and consultation (both in-person and via teletherapy), interviewing school administrators for their impression of us, and attending our internal leadership meetings to begin short and long-term planning.
Our goal has always been to give personalized attention to every district who contacts us. The addition of Chris to our team means that we can now do even more to support all districts (not just those we serve!) by asking and answering questions that administrators don’t often have time to research or explore. His personal goal is to check-in with our partner districts throughout the year to get their perspective on our services. He wants to ensure that our specialists are providing the high quality service we value, and to support both specialists and admins in their work with students.
In the short-term to achieve his goal, Chris is ringing up some of our districts and asking administrators the our Question of the Month from last month: What are your program’s priorities for staff post-census? We’re looking forward to hearing Chris report back on your answers, and to working with you to address those priorities in any way we can.
