Bringing a contractor to your district is a big deal, and you want the right fit. That’s why we encourage you to meet our specialists. Learn a little bit about their professional history, their personal lives, and, most importantly, why they do this work.

No two schools are the same, so why should all contracted services be the same? At Hello, we offer flexible solutions to your long- and short-term coverage needs, both onsite and via our unique Hello There hybrid teletherapy model.

The Hello Foundation’s our name, transparency’s our game. No mysterious man behind the curtain here. When you contact us, the first person you’ll talk to is Chris. He’ll chat with you, get a feel for your situation, and start brainstorming solutions.

  • EOY 2018 - Elsa Scheurer Kira award

It wouldn’t be June without our annual End-of-the-Year Party at the Kennedy School! As a group of clinicians and support staff who work in different settings and at work sites spread across 5 different states, it is always delightfully fun to come together in a common space. We spent the evening thinking about growing (with a succulent potting station), stretching (with our amazing balloon artist, Jim), and laughing (at the hilarity of it all), honoring outstanding clinicians and celebrating the end of another successful school year.

Service contracts. They’re usually full of lots of words that are really important to keep things on the up-and-up legally, but they don’t really amount to much when it comes to what the actual commitment will be to students and staff. That just didn’t seem right to us, so we came up with what we call The Hello Promise.

Sitting down in a special education meeting can be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we’re pretty excited about our latest free printable. Our favorite part? There’s fill in the blank spaces to write down the name and contact information for each team member.

Here’s to making the sped system a little less intimidating and little more inviting!

  • Put Kids First

We put kids first in every decision we make, including being flexible with clients and paying our clinicians well. We believe that decisions like these help to lower the stress and drama often associated with the helping professions, and allow our clients to make choices that will best meet the needs of children. Less time spent on drama means more time spent on the specialized needs of the kids we serve.

  • We are proud to say that every professional that has joined our team over the last decade has provided high quality service to the children they serve. We are equally proud that we, as a company, have in turn provided equally high quality service to our clinicians. Our team is the best in the business, and we invest in them so that they can invest in kids.

  • We believe that giving of ourselves helps us stay relevant and maintain perspective in a rapidly changing world. Our charitable work also provides a foundation of gratitude onto which our business and our clinicians can build their work. We know that when we work from a place of gratitude, our hearts and our minds are open to the brightest possibilities for the students we serve.

  • We built our core belief of practicing work/life balance on the premise of the adage, “Put your own oxygen mask on first,” and it is essential to our success. We support our staff both at work and at play, because it is only a happy, healthy clinician that can truly give their all for the children with whom they work. Our professionals know that The Hello Foundation has their back both professionally and personally, and we know that they have ours.
