Share I believe that every student deserves to have a team of advocates in their corner, fighting for them to all have equitable access to a free and appropriate education whether that be in the general education or special education setting. Leading with the strengths of all students and using those to help give them the tools that they need to be successful in every capacity. I have so enjoyed playing a role on these teams of advocates to consult with various stakeholders, facilitate some of the tough conversations, use data-based decision making, and stay true to a strengths-based approach to help all students as they learn and grow and navigate their world.
