Hello There Hybrid Service

School Psychology Jobs and SLP Jobs in Schools in North Texas: Fort Worth, Dallas, Waco, Brownwood, Wichita Falls, and Tyler

School districts throughout North Texas depend on us to provide onsite and telepractice therapy to kids in their schools. Our Hello There hybrid teletherapy model allows districts to benefit from highly qualified specialists, even if they are unable to find them in their own community.

The Hello There model combines the best of both worlds: monthly on-site visits paired with daily online services. Teletherapy is an effective and efficient way to deliver direct services to students, but nothing replaces a specialist working in the building when it comes to collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families. That’s why we developed our innovative Hello There hybrid telepractice model. Our SLPs and school psychs will train and supervise aides, write lesson plans, provide direct and consultative services to students, complete compliance paperwork, hold and attend meetings, and otherwise develop a wealth of institutional knowledge.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy

We have been providing teletherapy and working remotely since 2009 – long before COVID prompted online instruction around the world.

Because we’ve had years of experience, we’ve honed the art of meeting the needs of students remotely. We’ve leveraged the benefits of teletherapy, allowing special education teams to work with highly skilled therapists to address special education needs. Our therapists train and supervise aides, and provide lesson plans as well as consultative feedback from a wealth of institutional knowledge. Additionally, they’ll complete compliance paperwork, hold and attend meetings, and the following:

  • Providing or supervising therapy via streaming video
  • Planning therapy for students
  • Providing regular consultations and feedback with team members
  • Attending meetings by video or conference call
  • Communicating with families and staff as needed via phone, video, or email

In-Person

In-Person Therapy

Traditional, on-site therapy services will be provided by the most experienced SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, and school psychologists in the industry.

The Hello Foundation provides on-site therapists and school psychs to districts throughout the Dallas/Forth Worth area, as well as Waco, Brownwood, Wichita Falls, and Tyler. In-person duties include:

  • Meeting with students
  • Supporting teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Completing evaluations, screenings, and observations
  • Meeting with parents and staff
  • Providing training and in-service, as needed
  • Consulting with general and special education staff

You Can Work Anywhere: Here’s Why You Should Work With Us

At The Hello Foundation, we focus on a culture of professional development – fostering a commitment to growth for one another and the kids we serve. Additionally, we act as an advocate between the district and the clinician, handling any issues or challenges that may arise so that you are able to focus on serving the kids.

In a nutshell: You decide your criteria for work. You drive the process of choosing a placement that fits your needs. You interview with the district and decide whether to accept the position. You’re the one in charge. And you get great benefits, paid time off, and fun social interaction. If you’re looking for preschool SLP jobs or educational psychology jobs, contact us to learn more.

OUR CORE VALUES: 4 SIMPLE IDEAS THAT GUIDE EVERYTHING WE DO

We put kids first in every decision we make. We believe that centering kids helps to lower the stress often associated with working in and engaging with the helping professions. Less stress means more energy to spend on the specialized needs of the kids we serve.

Our specialists strive to provide the highest quality service to each child, district, and family they serve. Our company strives to provide the highest quality service to each specialist we employ. Our team is the best in the business, and we invest in them so that they can invest in kids.

The adage “put your own oxygen mask on first,” is essential to our work. We support our staff both professionally and personally, at work and at play, because it is only a happy, healthy specialist that can authentically show up for the kids and families they serve.

We believe when we give of ourselves to our wider community, we gain a foundation of gratitude onto which our business and our clinicians can build. When we work from a place of gratitude, our hearts and minds are open to the brightest possibilities for the children we serve.
