Description

We are a progressive, client-focused clinic providing high-quality SLP and OT services to the greater Portland community and online therapy services to patients throughout the United States. Due to our experience with online therapy, we have been able to transition seamlessly between in-person and remote services during the time of COVID. This position has the opportunity to be hybrid with time seeing clients in the office and teletherapy from your home office. Full-time and part-time options are available.

We moved into a newly renovated office space in the heart of Beaverton's beautiful Griffith Park area last summer. A new office awaits the candidate who fills this position! 

The Hello Clinic is part of The Hello Foundation community. We pride ourselves on providing superior therapy and nurturing the growth of our staff. We engage the larger community and shape the standards for best practices including working with our university partners to provide clinical training opportunities for students. Applicants for this position should be interested in supervision and training graduate student clinicians.

Responsibilities

You will perform all of the duties of an OT utilizing a hybrid service model consisting of traditional in-person services and telepractice services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Employing best practices in individual and group treatment, and evaluations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating client progress
  • Completion of daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating and consulting with staff, parents, and other services providers.
  • Working with volunteers and/or students

Experience

You have experience:

  • working with children with a wide variety of needs.
  • working with or are willing to be trained in pediatric feeding and sensory processing disorder.
  • working within a group and collaborating on projects.
  • working directly with families and caregivers.
Qualifications
  • Current Oregon OT License
  • Willingness to get additional state licenses as needed
  • Have experience with or a desire to work in an environment with children, adolescents, and potentially adults, both online and in person.
  • Covid-19 vaccination or the ability to be fully vaccinated before the first day of work

$30-$38 Per hour
