Hi! I’m Linda and I’m the Human Resources Director here at Hello. Like any big family, we’re always welcoming new additions.
Our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and School Psychologists work in school districts, at our clinic here in beautiful Portland, OR, and online throughout the country. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and when we say Work-Life Balance, we mean it. Our specialists (and sometimes their families, too!) are treated to free professional development, fun celebrations, off-hours adventures, and opportunities to give back, both locally and internationally. When you join Hello, you join a team of open-minded professionals with a diverse skill set and an organization that recognizes that our people are what make us special.
If you’d like to know a little bit more about what it’s like to work for Hello, drop us a line and I’d be happy to answer any and all of your questions. And if you’d like to hear it from our people themselves, scroll down to hear what they have to say!
We are now hiring for the following positions:
SLPs for our general applicant pool — current positions available in Portland & Salem area school districts (click here to apply online)
Telepractice SLPs for our Online Therapy private practice (click here to see job description)
The Hello Foundation is committed to employing a diverse workforce. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
“I almost always strike up a conversation with my airplane seatmates and at some point, usually talk about how spectacular this company is in oh-so -many ways. Recently, I had a lawyer from Tennessee ask me for company contact info because he was impressed by how happy we all are and wanted to share with his daughter (who is a PT) info about the therapy model we use.”

The Hello Foundation is proud to have received the When Work Works Award for 2 years in a row. This is a prestigious national award recognizing our commitment to effective workplace strategies to increase business and employee success. Attending the 2016 WWW award luncheon with the 19 other Oregon recipients was one of the year’s highlights as The Hello Foundation founder, Sharon Soliday, was asked to speak and share our story.
“Being encouraged by an employer to make space for things that keep me balanced is a first, so yes, I’d love to commemorate my first year with Hello, and the first carvings of the life I want in my 40s — all without sacrificing! I’m seriously tickled… It truly is an honor to represent THF!”
