After looking closely at the image above (or at the full-size image), think about these three questions:
- What’s going on in this picture?
- What do you see that makes you say that?
- What more can you find?
Although the photo is linked with a facilitated online discussion where the answers and explanations are posted on Tuesdays, the activity would also work as a group discussion or a writing prompt, addressing main idea with supporting details, inferencing, persuading, listening to differing ideas, etc.
