Hi! I’m Linda and I’m the Human Resources Director here at The Hello Foundation. Like any big family, we’re always welcoming new additions.
Our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and School Psychologists work in school districts, at our clinic here in beautiful Portland, OR, and online throughout the West. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and when we say Work-Life Balance, we mean it. Our specialists (and sometimes their families, too!) are treated to free professional development, fun celebrations, off-hours adventures, and opportunities to give back, both locally and internationally. When you join Hello, you join our group of open-minded professionals with a diverse skill set and a team that recognizes that our people are what make us special.
We are currently looking for awesome folks to fill the following positions (click on the job title to see the job description):
SLPs for our general applicant pool (click here to apply online)
Telepractice SLPs for our Online Therapy private practice (click here to see job description)
If you’d like to know a little bit more about what it’s like to work for Hello, drop us a line and I am happy to answer any and all of your questions. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to stay in the loop with what we’re up to. And if you’d like to hear it from our people themselves, scroll down to hear what they have to say!

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
“I almost always strike up a conversation with my airplane seatmates and at some point, usually talk about how spectacular this company is in oh-so -many ways. Recently, I had a lawyer from Tennessee ask me for company contact info because he was impressed by how happy we all are and wanted to share with his daughter (who is a PT) info about the therapy model we use.”

The Hello Foundation is proud to have received the When Work Works Award for the second year in a row. This is a prestigious national award recognizing our commitment to effective workplace strategies to increase business and employee success.
“Being encouraged by an employer to make space for things that keep me balanced is a first, so yes, I’d love to commemorate my first year with Hello, and the first carvings of the life I want in my 40s — all without sacrificing! I’m seriously tickled… It truly is an honor to represent THF!”

We put kids first in every decision we make, including being flexible with clients and paying our clinicians well. We believe that decisions like these help to lower the stress and drama often associated with the helping professions, and allow our clients to make choices that will best meet the needs of children. Less time spent on drama means more time spent on the specialized needs of the kids we serve.
We are proud to say that every professional that has joined our team over the last decade has provided high quality service to the children they serve. We are equally proud that we, as a company, have in turn provided equally high quality service to our clinicians. Our team is the best in the business, and we invest in them so that they can invest in kids.
We believe that giving of ourselves helps us stay relevant and maintain perspective in a rapidly changing world. Our charitable work also provides a foundation of gratitude onto which our business and our clinicians can build their work. We know that when we work from a place of gratitude, our hearts and our minds are open to the brightest possibilities for the students we serve.
We built our core belief of practicing work/life balance on the premise of the adage, “Put your own oxygen mask on first,” and it is essential to our success. We support our staff both at work and at play, because it is only a happy, healthy clinician that can truly give their all for the children with whom they work. Our professionals know that The Hello Foundation has their back both professionally and personally, and we know that they have ours.
